Cancelation Policy
Please allow for a 24-hour grace period for cancelations to the best of your ability. Communication is best, even when life gets in the way! While I can be empathetic to certain situations, I will request a full refund of scheduled appointments that are not honored by proactively canceling within 24 hours. Credit card information will be requested to be put on file if multiple cancelations within the 24-hour grace period occur or client fails to show for scheduled appointment without contacting me or the spa. Our time is precious! Please be respectful!
